Solène began with a simple idea: jewelry that feels timeless, not trendy.
I'm Mia, and I founded Solène in Montreal. Jewelry has been a quiet obsession of mine for as long as I can remember. There's something about a curated piece, the way it becomes part of your everyday life and transcends the seasons.
The name
Solène comes from the Latin sollemnis, meaning ceremonial, meaningful. It also carries a softer echo of soleil, the French word for sun. Meaningful and warm: that's what we want every piece to feel like.
What we make
Every Solène design comes in two forms. Our everyday pieces are made in gold vermeil (925 sterling silver with 2.5 microns of real gold) or rhodium-plated sterling silver, set with moissanite. Our fine pieces are solid 14k gold set with lab-grown diamonds.
No thin plating that fades in weeks. No shortcuts. Just considered design and honest materials.
